The hybrid nature of assisted living facilities requires a real estate and health care expertise which presents a unique opportunity for Private Label Equities, LLC.

PRIVATE LABEL EQUITIES is An Alternative Investment Firm for Affluent Investors focused on identifying niche investment opportunities within the commercial real estate market that provide true portfolio diversification for our investors.

Private Label’s primary niche investment target is Assisted Living Facilities.

The leadership experience present in PRIVATE LABEL’s multi-disciplinary team positions the company to make significant penetration into the senior housing market via private equity positions in a portfolio of Assisted Living Facilities.

PRIVATE LABEL’s leadership currently provides contracted management services to 25 senior housing facilities has a team in place to evaluate, acquire, and manage the ALFs that will be added to our portfolio. The team consists of very experienced professionals that have experience operating existing facilities up and down the east coast of the US.

Each team member brings a unique skill set to the team. The end result is proven experience to evaluate, acquire, and profitably manage ALFs.

Andre Johnson

Andre Johnson, MBA is the President and CEO of Key Solutions, LLC, a wealth creation, investing, and consulting company. Since 2000, Key Solutions, LLC and its affiliates have experience with transactions totaling more than $24 Million of residential and commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic States (as of December 2006). Key Solutions’ turnkey real estate investing and consulting business model has generated multi-millions in wealth and helped scores of investors to accomplish their cash flow and capital profit objectives.
Andre of Key Solutions is the managing director of Private Label and the President of Acquisitions and Development for the Assisted Living Facilities.

George Pasteur

George is currently president of Pasteur Senior Consulting Services, which provides Rehabilitation services in Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Day Care Centers, and Home Health Care. We currently provide services in Maryland, Florida and Virginia. George is responsible for the overall supervision of 15 outpatient facilities, ensuring compliance of all policies and procedures, financial performance and the expansion into new markets. George holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Daemen College. In December 2008, George completed his Masters in Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County at the Erickson School for Aging.

George is a Regional Director of Investor Relations with Private Label and the President of Operations for the Assisted Living Facilities.

Seth Dudley

Seth Dudley has been working in the Assisted Living profession for the past seven years. He has worked for Hearthstone Alzheimer Care as a Program Director and was a presenter at the National Alzheimer’s Association Conference in Chicago, IL. After working for Hearthstone, Seth began working for Benchmark Assisted Living as an Executive Director overseeing properties in NH and MA.

Seth is the Vice President of Operations for the Assisted Living Facilities.

Eleanor Alvarez

Elizabeth started in the field of aging as an ombudsman in a six county region of West Virginia. She later became a Nursing Home Administrator and worked in Ohio as a regional manager of 2 major nursing home chains over a 16 year period. Over the past nine years Eleanor has been providing management consulting services to long term care facilities nationwide as a private consultant with LeaderStat based in Ohio.

Eleanor will be a key consultant for George Pasteur in the operations of the acquired Assisted Living Facilities.

Jim Johnson

For the past ten years, Jim Johnson has been working for a medical reference lab as the supervisor of procurement and facilities management. Jim has been involved in the management and oversight of several physician practices in the capacity of office manager. His management experience additionally includes managing the business office of one of the most profitable outpatient surgical centers in northern Virginia, as well as in the entire United States.
Jim received his bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida in education and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland in healthcare administration with a concentration in long-term care and assisted living.
Jim is a Regional Director of Investor Relations for Private Label.

Rohit Punj, Esq.

Rohit Punj is a practicing attorney licensed in the District of Columbia and New York. His legal background is primarily in mortgage banking, real estate, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Punj has served as the Director of Investor Relations for Key Solutions LLC.

Rohit is now a Regional Director of Investor Relations for Private Label.

Reginald Pasteur

Reginald Pasteur has 15 years of experience with the US Dept. of Agriculture in marketing and public relations that facilitates the efficient, fair marketing of agricultural products. He currently manages a 27 state program that focuses on the development, improvement, and interpretation of standards, specifications and quality improvement programs. Through his company, AEON Investment Group, LLC, he is responsible for the acquisition and management of real estate on the residential, multi-family, and commercial level totaling over 2.5 million.
Reginald is the Director of Public Relations and Regional Director of Investor Relations for Private Label.

Dejha Bower

Dejha Bower has 15 years of corporate leadership success in financial services with Fortune 500 organizations. Through a series of progressively responsible roles, she has gained an expertise in Multi-Million Dollar P&L Administration, Strategic Business Operations, Performance Maximization, and Organizational Development.

Her most notable achievements include leading merger integration activities for 26,000 associates, instrumentally guiding a $250 million dollar collections organization, launching three major business operations, and serving as a Regional Site Leader for 1,000 associates.
Dejha is a Regional Director of Investor Relations for Private Label.

G. Mantovani Gay, MD

Dr. Gay is currently the Medical Director for the Chesterfield County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office. He is also the Medical Advisor for the Medical Assisting Program at the Medical Careers Institute in Richmond, Virginia.

Dr. Gay is an Internal Medicine physician who sub specialized in Hematology and Medical Hematology. He received his MD degree from the University Of Florida College of Medicine and his BA from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. He did his internship, residency and fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia.

Dr. Gay is a Regional Director of Investor Relations for Private Label.

Barbara Rogowski

Barbara provides administrative support to Private Label. She is primary admin support to Andre Johnson as President of Acquisitions and Development for the Assisted Living Facilities. Barbara communicates with executives, administrators, line management personnel, and clients. Barbara also assists with communications with new and existing investment partners.

Barbara is the Executive Administrative Assistant for the managing member of Private Label.

PRIVATE LABEL’S ADVISORS

Christine Olle Sloan

Christine is a member of the Firm's Commercial Real Estate Development Team where she assists her corporate clients with every legal facet of real estate development. She has experience in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for the sale and purchase of improved and unimproved property for both the purchaser and the buyer; with I.R.S. Section 1031 exchanges in conjunction with these sales and purchases; and with the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. Christine also has worked both sides of commercial lending transactions, assisting with the preparation of loan documents and legal opinion letters for both the lender and the borrower, and conducting due diligence reviews for her lender clients. For her developer clients, Christine has assisted with the preparation and filing of HUD property statements and with the preparation and interpretation of real estate declarations and covenants.

Christine is Private Label’s transactional real estate attorney for its south east acquisitions.

Bruce Caulk, CPA

Bruce provides professional services to numerous industries including contracting, restaurant, manufacturing, real estate, manufacturing and other industries. With twelve years of experience in public accounting, Bruce has extensive experience and relationships in the areas of audit, review and other financial reporting services, finance, operation development, software review and consultation, tax planning, tax strategies, and tax preparation. Specifically relating to the contracting industry, Bruce assists clients with job costing analysis and industry specific software consultation, surety relationship management, financing, both internal cash management and securing lending with banks and other lenders, as well as other operational needs specific to the contracting trades.

Bruce is Private Label’s tax advisor and accountant.

Stanley B. Kay

Mr. Kay is a seasoned lawyer who combines his legal skills with practical business judgment and experience to represent small to medium-sized companies in all phases of their domestic and international operations. He was previously General Counsel to a $200 million high technology business; and he continues to act as an outside general counsel for some of his clients in addition to his transactional and counseling practice. He has also served as a mediator and arbitrator on various business disputes.

Mr. Kay has law degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas, where he was a law review editor and a National Moot Court winner. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance, and he attended the London School of Economics.

Mr. Kay is active in numerous professional and business organizations, and he has written and spoken extensively on corporate law subjects.

Mr. Kay is Private Label’s securities attorney.
